Returns & Refunds
We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if your goods are faulty or damaged in any way, we will give you a full refund or replacement. Please contact us at your earliest convenience. You can contact us at email@example.com, quoting your invoice number and describing the damage involved. We will give you instructions on how to return your goods.
We deliver in the UK only. Delivery charges are as follows:
Royal Mail untracked 48 hours delivery window up to 1kg: £2.97
Next day deliver up to 5kg: £5.95 via DPD Express
Evri Tracked up to 1kg: £3.25
Depending on the weight, your order will be sent by First Class Post (Royal Mail) or via our nominated courier. During busy periods it may take longer to process your order, and please note that UK delivery may be affected over bank holidays.
Unfortunately, our website is not currently able to process orders to a shipping address outside of the UK. If you are ordering for an address outside of the UK, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a shipping quote and total price for your order.
Each order can only be delivered to one specific address. If you wish to order products to be sent to different locations, please create a new order for each destination location.
