I work with women one-on-one or in small groups so that you don’t have to go it alone and figure out how to help yourself when life becomes challenging. This is what happened to me back in 2014 when I wasn’t sleeping due to palpitation-induced insomnia, and I felt like my life had been stolen from me, aged forty. Unfortunately, my GP was of no help, a situation sadly familiar to many.
As a nutritionist and yoga teacher with a background in biomedical research and coaching training, I fuse the science with behaviour and holistic practices that help you achieve excellent menopausal health.
